HOW DO I JOIN BEYOUtiful REWARDS?
Simply create a Bobby Shay Beauty customer account. You'll receive 5 points for creating your account, and you can earn more when you complete your profile.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN WHEN I SHOP?
You earn 1 point for every S$5 spent on qualifying online orders. Other eligible activities, including your birthday and selected social follows, can earn additional points.
HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
Sign in to your account and redeem your available points for a discount through BeYOUtiful Rewards. Every 5 points give you S$1 off, with no minimum purchase required to redeem.
DO MY REDEEMED DISCOUNTS EXPIRE?
Yes. Once you've redeemed points for a discount code, that code expires after one month if it isn't used. This is separate from any rules about the points balance itself.
HOW DO I CHECK MY TIER AND POINTS?
Sign in to your Bobby Shay Beauty account to see your loyalty points and membership information. The current tier targets are Silver at 1 point, Gold at 200 points, and Diamond at 500 points.
